No Refunds on Testing or Consultations

All testing services and consultations are non‑refundable. Because these services involve time, expertise, and resources that are delivered at the time of booking or during the session, no refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued once a test or consultation has been scheduled or completed.

By booking a service, clients acknowledge and agree to this no‑refund policy.
